Lady J (Renita Johnson) is known for making a cake that not only looks great, but that has a Taste Beyond Measure. She has baked since she was a young teenager in her mother's kitchen, and has since taken educational courses to expand and enhance her baking skills. Her love for pouring over cookbooks, experimenting with her own recipes, and her knowledge of baking have allowed her to come up with 21 flavors of Monster Cakes, and she has recently added Monster Cup Cakes and Triple Chocolate Chip Monster Cookie. Every recipe brings on another great taste.
